Masters Brothers is always looking for qualified and talented applicants to fill positions in our Heating & Air, Electrical, Audio/Home Theater, and/or Standby Generator divisions. We offer excellent pay and benefits and an apprenticeship program that is registered with the U.S. Dept. of Labor.

Our custom training program includes:

1. 144 hours of classroom training per year (4 years total = 576 classroom hours)

2. 8000 hours of on-the-job training

3. safety training, electrical theory, electrical code, electrical calculations, telecommunications wiring, and more.

We also offer continued education training for our journeymen. This includes such things as home theater/audio wiring, generator installation, code updates, and HVAC NATE certification service training.
