Masters Brothers is always looking for qualified and talented applicants to fill positions in our Heating & Air, Electrical, Audio/Home Theater, and/or Home Generator divisions. We offer excellent pay and benefits and an apprenticeship program that is registered with the U.S. Dept. of Labor.
Our custom training program includes:
- 144 hours of classroom training per year (4 years total = 576 classroom hours)
- 8000 hours of on-the-job training
- safety training, electrical theory, electrical code, electrical calculations, telecommunications wiring, and more.
We also offer continued education training for our journeymen. This includes such things as home theater/audio wiring, generator installation, code updates, and HVAC service training.
